Features Include:

  • Unique Open-Sided Design - The open side design allows easy access to the warming area without contact with potentially hot metal areas. Heavy food items can also be more conveniently removed
  • Moisture and Humidity Control Damper - The humidity control adjusts the humidity within the drawer. The humidity control can be set anywhere between "Moist" and "Dry"
  • Full-Extension Drawer - The full extension slides allow complete access to even the smallest items in the rear of the drawer and have been engineered to have the strength to carry over 30 pounds
  • Time Control, 4-Hour Timer - The timer activates the heating elements and circulation fan. To warm food, turn the timer to your desired appropriate time setting. A time setting of 1 - 4 hours or "Continuous" can be selected. The "Continuous" setting will warm the drawer until the timer control is turned to "0". This setting is ideal for observing the Sabbath
