unused condition along with the manuals and original packaging materials
and may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Delivery charges are

Damaged Goods If an item arrives damaged during
shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and call us
within 48 hours at 1-248-364-0700 so that we can make arrangements
for a return/replacement (at no cost to you). It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. Though the box and packaging may seem perfect, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery.
In the event that an appliance is damaged and in the interest of time and
convenience, for minor damages we may try to have an authorized repair
person fix the appliance. If we cannot fix it to an 'as good as new'
condition, we will replace it
Please be assured that all appliances come with a manufacturer warranty.
So any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the
warranty and won't need to be returned. We will be glad to assist you
