US Appliance Return Policy
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order without any fee. Any orders canceled after that time could be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To cancel an order, call us at 1-248-364-0700.

Your purchase is backed by our 30-day return guarantee. To return an order, call us at 1-248-364-0700. Returns need to be made in new and unused condition along with the manuals and original packaging materials and may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
All sales are final on Overstock or Clearance items (no returns except in the case of shipping related damage)

Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged during shipment, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and call us within 48 hours at 1-248-364-0700 so that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (at no cost to you).

In the event that an appliance is damaged and in the interest of time and convenience, for minor damages we may try to have an authorized repair person fix the appliance. If we cannot fix it to an 'as good as new' condition, we will replace it
