Major appliances will be delivered to the curbside/driveway of your home only. The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a delivery date and time..

In-Home White Glove Delivery
Only $90 per order no matter how many you order through Thursday, Feb 9th.
As part of this service major appliances will be brought into your home, unpacked, and placed where you like in an accessible room up to 1 flight of stairs and includes removal of packaging materials. The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a delivery date and time.

FREE Standard Delivery
FREE on all TVs no matter how many you order through Thursday, Feb 9th.
Will be delivered to the threshold of your home. Smaller TVs will be shipped via Fedex/UPS. If delivered via freight shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a delivery date and time.

In Home White Glove Delivery (TVs 37" or larger)
Only $90 per order no matter how many you order through Thursday, Feb 9th.
As part of this service your TV will be brought into your home, unpacked, and placed where you like in an accessible room up to 1 flight of stairs and includes removal of packaging materials. The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a delivery date and time.

Extremely remote locations may take an extra week. Small items like cooktops and microwaves are shipped directly to you by parcel services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or UPS and arrive within 2 to 3 weeks)

Redelivery
If you are not at the delivery location when the driver attempts delivery during the scheduled delivery time window, or request the driver to come back at a later time, there will be a $50 charge.

Delivery & Installation Details
In order to ensure a smooth delivery and installation, please read the following information for products that need further special hook up:

	REFRIGERATORS Refrigerators that come with automatic icemakers or water dispensers need to have the water lines hooked up. To have the lines installed, you can either purchase them at a hardware store and install yourself, or you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.
	ELECTRIC RANGES AND DRYERS Since wall sockets vary from home to home, and region to region, electric ranges and dryers are built and shipped without an attached electric cord. You can check the electrical outlet type in your home, and purchase the appropriate cord from local appliance or hardware stores. Otherwise, you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.
	GAS RANGES AND DRYERS Gas appliances are shipped without connecting gas lines and installation is not part of the delivery. You can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.
	WASHING MACHINES Water hoses may or may not be included with the Washing Machine and can be installed with minimal difficulty. You can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.
	DISHWASHERS Hose hook up is not part of the delivery. To have the water hoses installed, you can either purchase them at a hardware store and install yourself, or you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.
	BUILT-IN APPLIANCES Appliances that are going to be "built-in" to your home will require installation, which is not part of our delivery. You can contact local appliance service or remodeling companies to perform this work for you. Since custom installation varies from project to project, we’d recommend you check with a couple of companies and compare their prices and services.
	MICHIGAN DELIVERY US-Appliance is located in the Detroit area. We can offer complete appliance installation and old unit haul away in South Eastern Michigan. Old unit haul away is not available outside of this area. Just call us at 1-877-628-9913 to arrange what you need, or drop us an email
