We don't collect sales tax on any orders placed to any State across the
United States (except Michigan, Ohio and Indiana deliveries).
Once we have prepared your order we will arrange to deliver your order to
your home. Major appliances are shipped via our affiliated National Shippers.
Smaller items are shipped via UPS or FEDEX.

When you receive your new appliance, you can rest easy since all appliances
come with a manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, the manufacturer
will send a technician to your home and fix any warranty problem right on the

Appliances that are going to be "built-in" to your home will require
installation, which is not part of our delivery. You can contact local appliance
servicing or remodeling companies to perform this work for you. Since custom
installation varies from project to project, we would recommend you check with a
couple of companies and compare their prices and services.
