Do I pay sales tax?
We don't collect sales tax on any orders placed to any State across the United States.
(except Michigan, Ohio and Indiana deliveries)
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once we have prepared your order we will arrange to deliver your order
to your home.
Major appliances are shipped via our affiliated National Shippers.
Smaller items are shipped via UPS or FEDEX.

What is your return policy?
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order without any fee. Any orders canceled after that time could be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To cancel an order, call us at 1-248-364-0700.
Your purchase is backed by our 30 day return guarantee. To return an order, call us at 1-248-364-0700. Returns need to be made in new and unused condition along with the manuals and original packaging materials and may be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Delivery charges are
non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged during shipment, please note the damage on
the delivery receipt and call us within 48 hours at
1-248-364-0700 so that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement
(at no cost to you).
Please be assured that all appliances come with a manufacturer warranty. So any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and won't need to be returned. We will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns.
As far as returns on overstock items; all sales are final (no returns except in the case of shipping related damage.)
In the event that an appliance is damaged, in the interest of time and convenience, for minor damages we may try to have an authorized repair person fix the appliance. If we cannot fix it to brand new condition we will replace it

How is
Warranty Handled?
When you receive your new appliance, you can rest easy since all appliances come with a manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, the manufacturer will send a technician to your home and fix any warranty problem right on the spot. See your product's warranty manual for more details. We can also assist you in arranging warranty service.

How are appliances installed?
Appliances that are going to be "built-in" to your home will require installation, which is not part of our delivery. You can contact local appliance servicing or remodeling companies to perform this work for you. Since custom installation varies from project to project, we recommend you check with a couple of companies and compare their prices and services.
