Doing business with US Appliance was an excellent experience and, admittedly, I'm hard to please. I would recommend them to anyone
including my friends and relatives. If I had my way Id never go to a store, mall or shopping center again.
Ordered based on price and reviews. Washer and Dryer were the lowest price I could research, factor in the lack of sales tax and
the deal just gets sweeter. Was apprehensive at first to purchase such bulky expensive items online, but customer service, reviews and the shipping options
convinced me. Deliver was super prompt (4days) and the delivery guys gave me plenty of options to arrange a delivery date and time.
Items arrived in pristine factory original condition, setup was a breeze.
As an accountant I don't normally give rankings of excellent because there is always room for improvement, and I'm sure they could
do even better, but I consider the overall transaction exceptional as well as excellent. Delivery of 42 LCD TV took a little over two weeks which was within company standards. We were very pleased with delivery which
happened within the 4 hour window that was promised by phone confirmation by US Appliances delivery company. Would definitely shop at US Appliance web site again!
100% smooth transaction. Ordering online was clear and easy. A customer service rep who was contacted after the transaction was
courteous and knowledgeable. The delivery company contacted us within two weeks to arrange delivery, and arrived within the 3 hour delivery
window that they promised. I would order again from this company without hesitation. The buying experience with US Appliance was outstanding. I could not be more satisfied. Unbelievable transaction! Purchased a 58 plasma from US Appliance and their price was at or below anything else I could find. It also included FREE delivery...which arrived from
Indiana to my house in about 7 business days. The delivery people were prompt and courteous, without even a scratch on the box the monitor came in. They unpacked it, set up the stand and monitor and
placed it where I wanted it. Everything was just as it was advertised. Would buy
from again in a heartbeat and believe me if I was unhappy I would say
so. I have written state's Attorney Generals before and I will
again. I purchased a refrigerator and saved at least 500 dollars.
All phone calls were made on time...product was as advertised...delivery
was excellent. (Phone call the night before and 15 minutes before
delivery) Very Happy!!!!! I had spent some time researching what appliances I wanted to purchase. After selecting the models, I did some additional research purchase options. I found US Appliance on the internet and discovered they offered the best price of any local and long distance supplier.
They even beat some local well know appliance stores in purchase cost, delivery cost, and availability date. After placing the order, I received my appliances in a few weeks and have been very happy with them. I would most definitely recommend US
Appliance to all my friends as well as purchase from them again in the future. US Appliance was cheaper (with shipping) than anywhere else we looked for our Frigidaire Washer/Dryer set (we looked at Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, Best Buy). The delivery took about 10 days, but the
process was very easy. They called and gave me two days to pick from, then a 3 hour window for delivery. The items were delivered on time and the driver brought them into the house for me (up only about 4
steps). We did the installation ourselves, but it was a snap. I was very pleased with the transaction and would definitely use US Appliance again. I highly recommend this company. The item was exactly what I ordered, the delivery was quick and the price competitive. Customer service people were very helpful. This was my first time ordering from this company. Their website was easy to navigate. They have a HUGE assortment of vendors available to choose from. I received quality merchandise for less than what I would have paid
at our local big store supplier. The purchase process was pleasant and easy. Product arrived in perfect condition with a very pleasant truck driver. Appliance is in perfect condition and works perfectly. This was the first time I have bought something so big and expensive on-line. Nothing could have been easier and as smoothly executed. these people come out on top by far! Its obvious that US Appliance has a focus on customer service. My order was a bit unusual in that the range I ordered was no longer available from the manufacturer. It was replaced with a new model. This delayed the delivery of
the stove which I ordered on July 28th and delivered on Sept 11th. Even though the new model was more expensive, I received it for the original price. The staff at US Appliance was responsive and helpful each time I
contact them. When the delivery company tried to contact me to arrange a drop off time, they dialed the wrong number. It was US Appliance that emailed me right away to have me contact them. Nice
job! Excellent communication with customer -- quick to verify receipt of order and to advise the scheduled delivery. I'd definitely order from them again! The customer service department that I dealt with was exceptional in every way. I will purchase from them again. Other companies could learn from them on how to take care of a CUSTOMER! I was apprehensive making such a large purchase on line. Nevertheless, I have certainly changed my mind and feel extremely comfortable dealing with US Appliances. The People are great to work
with and very helpful. US Appliance made the purchase of my BBQ grill very
smooth. My grill was shipped in a prompt manner at a good price and was
delivered on time. They even helped me resolve an issue where the
manufacturer had not included the correct parts. They went the extra
distance to help me with a problem that they didn't cause. Very good! Order was easy to place and items were shipped very quickly. Emails kept me aware of the order status Pilot, (the shipping company) also provided great communication, and the delivery
person was great to work with. Very good website. Excellent selection. Friendly personnel (by phone). Nearly free shipping. Pricing that competitors have to come down to (when they are willing). No sales tax on out-of-state
deliveries (for most). We saved at least $1500 on the range and hood we purchased. I strongly recommend US Appliance. Great company, by far the best price and with the free shipping on my order leaves me little else to say. I got exactly what I was looking for at around $100 below the local price and about $40 below the other online prices. The Web site was clear and accurately described what the delivery time would be.
Overall the experience was excellent! I will check them first the next time I need an appliance. Excellent prices, cheaper than here at home. me. This was the best company that I could find for
remodeling my kitchen with appliances from US Appliances. The delivery
was prompt and the drivers were very nice and helped me to inspect the
