YES! US Appliance delivers major appliances over $999 anywhere in the Continental US for FREE no matter how many appliances you order.
We only charge $49 shipping for appliance orders under $999. Smaller items are shipped for less. Some exceptions apply.
In-Home Delivery is also available for $199 per order.

Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery to the continental United States only. We do not offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or FPO/APO addresses.
Do I pay sales tax?
US Appliance collects applicable sales tax for orders shipped to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, NE, NM, NJ, NV, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY

How long will my order take to arrive?
Once we have prepared your order we will arrange to deliver your order to your home. Major appliances are shipped via our affiliated National Shippers. Our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Smaller items are shipped via UPS or FEDEX.

What is your return policy?
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order without any fee as long as the order has not shipped.

What if I find an item at a lower price?
At US Appliance we strive to give our customers the best service and pricing available. If you find a better price at another legitimate authorized retailer, we will not only match the price but we'll match 110% of the difference!

How are warranties handled?
When you receive your new appliance, you can rest easy since all appliances come with a manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, if a covered issue arises the manufacturer will repair or replace the appliance, usually at no cost to you. See your product's owners or warranty manual for more details.
While registering appliances for warranty is generally not required to activate the warranty coverage, it's highly recommended and often beneficial. Registration can streamline the warranty process, provide additional benefits, and ensure you receive important product information.

Are your products brand new or refurbished?
We only sell brand-new appliances sealed in the original manufacturer packaging. If an item is open-box or other it will be clearly identified on the product page.
How are appliances installed?
Appliances that are going to be "built-in" to your home will require installation, which is not part of our delivery. You can contact local appliance servicing or remodeling companies to perform this work for you. Since custom installation varies from project to project, we would recommend you check with local companies or online platforms to compare prices and services.
