Is Shipping Really FREE?

 YES! US Appliance delivers major appliances over $999 anywhere in the Continental US for FREE no matter how many appliances you order.
We only charge $49 shipping for appliance orders under $999. Smaller items are shipped for less.  Some exceptions apply.

Do I Pay Sales Tax

US Appliance collects applicable sales tax for orders shipped to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, NE, NM, NJ, NV, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY
Note: We are not required to collect sales tax for shipping destinations outside of these states but your state might. Check with your local tax authorities for specific regulations.  more info

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Once we have prepared your order we will arrange to deliver your order to your home. Major appliances are shipped via our affiliated National Shippers. Our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. Smaller items are shipped via UPS or FEDEX.

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order without any fee as long as the order has not shipped.

At US Appliance we strive to give our customers the best service and pricing available. If you find a better price at another legitimate authorized retailer, we will not only match the price but we'll match 110% of the difference!

How Are Warranties Handled?

When you receive your new appliance, you can rest easy since all appliances come with a manufacturer warranty. During the warranty period, the manufacturer will send a technician to your home and fix any warranty problem right on the spot. See your product's warranty manual for more details. We can also assist you in arranging warranty service.
We also offer Extended Service Protection plans with the purchase of most new appliances that begin as soon as your manufacturer warranty ends.  more details

How Are Appliances Installed?

Appliances that are going to be "built-in" to your home will require installation, which is not part of our delivery. You can contact local appliance servicing or remodeling companies to perform this work for you. Since custom installation varies from project to project, we would recommend you check with a few companies and compare their prices and services.
