Shipping Rates - Major Appliances, HDTVs and Oversized Items
Standard Delivery	FREE on all major appliance orders over $999. Only $49 on major appliances under $999. If one item on your order qualifies for free shipping your entire order ships free. Major appliances will be delivered to the curbside/driveway of your home only. The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a delivery date and time
In-Home Delivery	Only $199 per order As part of this service, major appliances will be brought into your home and placed in an accessible room up to one flight of stairs in the original packaging. The shipping team will not unpack or remove any debris. The shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a delivery date and time. Select In-Home delivery during checkout for this option. Transit times for in-home delivery may be extended due to high shipper volumes.

Most major appliance deliveries utilize 53 ft. trailers. If you require a smaller truck, please contact us so we can make alternate arrangements. (Additional charge may apply.)

Redelivery
If you are not at the delivery location when the driver attempts delivery during the scheduled delivery time window, or request that the driver come back at a later time, there may be an additional charge.

Refrigeration
Refrigerators that come with automatic icemakers or water dispensers need to have the water lines hooked up. To have the lines installed, you can either purchase them at a hardware store and install them yourself, or you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost.
Shop Refrigerators

Electric Ranges and Dryers
Since wall sockets vary from home to home, and region to region, electric ranges and dryers are built and shipped without an attached electric cord. You can check the electrical outlet type in your home, and purchase the appropriate cord from local appliance or hardware stores. Gas Ranges and Dryers
Gas appliances are shipped without connecting gas lines and installation is not part of the delivery. You can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost. Shop Gas Ranges

Washers
Water hoses may or may not be included with the washing machine and can be installed with minimal difficulty. You can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost. Shop Washers

Dishwashers
Hose hook-up is not part of the delivery. To have the water hoses installed, you can either purchase them at a hardware store and install yourself, or you can arrange installation from a local appliance service company for what is usually a nominal cost. Shop Dishwashers

Built-In Appliances
Appliances that are going to be "built in" to your home will require installation, which is not part of our delivery service. You can contact a local appliance service or remodeling company to perform this work for you. Since custom installation varies from project to project, we'd recommend that you check with a couple of companies and compare their prices and services.

Michigan Delivery
US Appliance is located in the metro Detroit area. We can offer appliance old unit haul away in southeastern Michigan. Old unit haul away is not available outside of this area. Just call us at (877) 628-9913 to arrange what you need, or drop us an e-mail.

Do-It-Yourself
Accessory parts for common appliance hook-ups are available at most hardware stores or appliance service companies.
