We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply for remote locations.

Delivery Policy
Important: All freight deliveries require a signature confirmation. Fully inspect your packaging and appliance(s). You must note any packaging or damage to the item(s) on the delivery form and call us within 24 hours to report at 877-628-9913. Do not install or use a damaged item.
Damaged returns must be in new, never-installed condition with original packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards. US Appliance is not responsible for damage not noted and reported within 1 business day.
Redelivery: If you are not present during your scheduled delivery window, or request the driver return later, an additional redelivery charge may apply.
All appliances come with the original manufacturer warranty — any defect-related issue can be handled through warranty without a return. We're glad to assist with any warranty concerns.
Installation Notes by Appliance Type
Measure first. Always verify that your new appliance fits the space — check exact dimensions before ordering.: Read the following information for products that may require special hook up.
❄️ Refrigerators
Ice makers and water dispensers require a water line hookup. Purchase a line at a hardware store or hire a local appliance service company.
⚡ Electric Ranges & Dryers
Shipped without an electric cord — wall socket types vary. Purchase the correct cord locally or have an installer supply it.
🔥 Gas Ranges & Dryers
Shipped without connecting gas lines and installation is not part of the delivery. You can arrange installation from a local appliance service company.
🌊 Washers
Water hoses are usually not be included. Hook-up is straightforward and can be DIY or done by a local pro.
🍳 Dishwashers
Water hose connection is not part of delivery. Available at hardware stores or through a local appliance installer.
🏗️ Built-In Appliances
Custom installation varies and is not part of delivery — contact a local appliance service or remodeling company and compare a few quotes.
