The 36" range features 4 surface burners that have "Click" settings at 14,000 BTU for Hi; 5,200 BTU for Medium; 2,100 BTU for Low. The two front burners simmers with the exclusive "Vari-Flame™" Feature that ranges from 400 BTU to 1,050 BTU. The range cooktop includes a thermostatically controlled griddle made of a heavy-duty machined-steel plate that will heat to 450 degrees.
The range features one 24" wide, 3.69 cubic foot gas oven with large view window door and "commercial" type door hinges. The oven/broiler burner has a maximum 18,000 BTU. A separate broiler is located below the gas oven, and includes a slide-out broiler pan and grill. The oven has two oven racks and four rack positions.
Individual porcelain drip pans, deluxe knob bezels, continuous cast iron grates and a stainless steel griddle cover are standard.
A four-inch high stainless backguard is included with each range.
